Customer Shipping Policy

At The Printed Word, we understand the importance of timely delivery of your custom printed and copied products. We offer both UPS and USPS shipping options for our customers, and the cost of shipping will be added to your order total at the time of checkout. Additionally, a handling charge will be added to your order based on the final project cost.

Before we begin work on your project, we will provide you with an estimated cost for shipping and handling. This cost will be based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will be asked to agree to the estimated cost before we begin work on your project.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. Please note that once packages have been shipped, they fall under the policy of the shipping service and we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages that may occur during transit.

Please note that shipping is handled by third-party providers and while we make every effort to meet expected delivery times, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Furthermore, no refunds will be offered for late packages due to shipping providers.

Please note that this shipping policy only applies to production orders shipped by The Printed Word. If you are utilizing our shipping services to send packages through UPS, the shipping policy of UPS will apply.
