Satisfaction Promise

At The Printed Word, we are committed to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our Satisfaction Promise guarantees that if we make a mistake on your order, we will reprint it for free. If, for any reason, you are still not satisfied with your order, we will issue a refund for any money paid by the customer.

Please note that our Satisfaction Promise only applies to orders that have been paid in full. If the order includes design work, the customer is held to the agreement they signed when they approved the final proof. Any production work or costs incurred after the customer has approved and signed off on the art proof will not be covered under the Satisfaction Promise.

Any requests for refunds or returns after 6 days from the date of delivery will fall under our returns policy. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or return request if we suspect that the policy is being taken advantage of. We also reserve the right to ask for proof of product issues before issuing any refunds.

The Printed Word will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages or packages that are delayed due to any circumstances beyond our control.
