No Returns Policy

At The Printed Word, we take great care in producing high-quality products for our customers. However, due to the nature of our custom printing and copying services, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

All sales are final. We strongly recommend that you review your order carefully before submitting it, including checking for spelling and grammatical errors, as well as ensuring that all images and artwork are of high quality and that the correct product, material, and options have been selected.

If there is an error with your order that we made, such as incorrect product, material, or options, please contact us immediately with in 6 days at store@bvprintedword.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please understand that while we will make every effort to correct any errors on our part, we cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer, such as incorrect spelling or grammatical errors, or low-resolution images.
